Essential information for your contractors

This page contains important information to assist contractors when planning for Med-Tech Expo 2026. 

If you are exhibiting at the show please ensure you pass this information on to the relevant contractors. 

Shell scheme stands include:
- Walls - Ceiling grid - Nameboard - Slate grey carpet - 30W longarm LED Flood light - 1 x 500W socket Please Note - furniture must be ordered separately. 
Space Only Stands - Raw space only
Exhibitors must appoint a stand builder to construct their stand. Stand plans including CPP and RAMS must be submitted to Essential Events for approval by April 24th 2026.
Essential Events
Package - Space only upgrades
Upgrade your stand to a custom package, which gives you the benefits of an all-in service but with the look and feel of a space only design. Please find the Showlite Select brochure below.

Important Travel Notice

All visitors travelling from overseas, will now be required to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) to enter the UK (excl. British and Irish citizens).

You can find more information and how to apply on the UK Government website. This new system will be in place for Med-Tech Expo 2026.
