This page contains key information for all exhibitors preparing to exhibit at Med-Tech Innovation Expo 2025. Please ensure you have downloaded and read each document carefully, and log into the exhibitor manual, when it is ready, for more information. We can’t wait to see you there!
Creating your Profile
Every exhibitor has a unique profile on the exhibitor list which will be visible to all visitors once registration is open. To complete your profile please include the following:
- Ensure your company and personal profile contain as much information as possible, including a logo, company description and interest categories.
- Upload your products so visitors can see what you have to offer.
- Start to consider who your stand staff will be. Remember to add them as team members for access to the platform, badging and networking purposes.

Below you will find some useful guides to help you have a successful show.
Use the Med-Tech Connect Lounge to meet with clients and prospects in a relaxed atmosphere. Meetings can be scheduled prior to the show using the app or Eventhub.
Showcase your products or services to the Med-Tech Expo audience by presenting on stage. Feature a real-life case study, and you'll help your potential customers understand how your products can help improve their design and manufacturing processes.
Important Travel Notice
All visitors travelling from overseas, will now be required to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) to enter the UK (excl. British and Irish citizens).
This new system will be in place for Med-Tech Innovation Expo 2025. You can find more information and how to apply on the UK Government website.
Please note: Non-Europeans can apply from 27th November 2024
Europeans can apply from 5th March, with ETAs mandatory from 2nd April 2025.

Visa Support
If you are a registered exhibitor for Med-Tech Innovation Expo 2025 and require a visa support letter for your journey to the UK please download the below document and complete all sections. Once complete please send this to mtiops@rapidnews.com who will process your request.
