We’re excited to announce that IPFL has invested in the groundbreaking BMF microArch D1025, the industry’s first dual-resolution micro 3D printer. This revolutionary system significantly expands our capacity to deliver ultra-high precision micro components with unprecedented efficiency and versatility
The D1025 is unlike any micro 3D printer on the market. Powered by BMF’s proven Projection Micro Stereolithography (PµSL) technology, it offers the unique ability to print at both 10µm and 25µm resolutions or even combine both in hybrid mode with different resolutions in different layers of the same part.
The D1025 gives us the flexibility to select the optimal resolution for your specific application. When your project demands tighter tolerances on critical features, we’ll use 10µm resolution for ultra-high precision. For larger production batches or components with less demanding geometries, we can switch to 25µm resolution to deliver significantly faster turnaround times. This intelligent flexibility means we save you time, reduce your costs, and improve efficiency on every project.
With ±1µm XY positional accuracy and tolerances ranging from ±25µm to ±50µm depending on resolution and geometry, the D1025 maintains the exceptional accuracy BMF is known for. The 100 × 100 × 50mm build volume provides ample space for multiple parts or larger designs, while layer thicknesses from 10µm to 50µm allow you to balance resolution with build speed based on your specific requirements.
Whether you’re developing microfluidic devices for lab-on-a-chip applications, precision electronics components, medical device prototypes, or research tools, our new BMF microArch D1025 system enables us to produce your micro-scale parts with dual-resolution flexibility and built-in automation that delivers faster turnaround, lower costs, and exceptional precision.
