VP Medical Packaging expanded its production capacities at its German site by 3,423 m², sending a clear signal for quality, reliability, and premium manufacturing standards “Made in Germany.” At the same time, our international customers benefit from greater flexibility, faster delivery times, and scalable capacities.
With the new cleanrooms, we are not only increasing our performance but also raising the level of product safety and cleanliness. Parts of the production areas are qualified according to ISO 14644 Class 7, while others meet Class 8 requirements. Manufacturing is consistently carried out under strict GMP standards and supported by continuous particle monitoring.
A key success factor is our highly qualified team: regular training, cleanroom-compliant equipment, and a comprehensive hygiene concept ensure consistently high quality. Modern airlock systems, optimized processes, and advanced technical infrastructure guarantee maximum safety and efficiency.
Sustainability is an integral part of our corporate strategy: for decades, we have been involved in climate protection projects to continuously reduce our CO₂ emissions. Our goal is to achieve net-zero emissions and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 90%. To make this commitment transparent and measurable, we participate in the Science Based Targets initiative – our climate targets have already been successfully validated. In addition, we fully comply with the requirements of ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 50001 for energy management.
