Biplas Medical is pleased to announce the completion of a new ISO Class 7 cleanroom, purpose-built around a 100-tonne Arburg injection moulding machine, significantly expanding the company's cleanroom manufacturing capacity and capabilities.
The investment represents a major step forward in Biplas Medical's commitment to supporting customers in the medical device, healthcare, diagnostics, and life sciences sectors with high-quality cleanroom injection moulding solutions.
Designed specifically to house a 100-tonne Arburg moulding machine, the new cleanroom enables Biplas Medical to manufacture a wider range of plastic injection moulded components within a controlled environment. The increased machine capacity broadens the scope of projects that can be accommodated, allowing for the production of larger and more complex components while maintaining the stringent cleanliness standards required by regulated industries.
The new facility complements Biplas Medical's existing cleanroom infrastructure and forms part of the company's ongoing investment in advanced manufacturing technologies and medical production capabilities.
