Tom joined ITL in 2011 as Business Development Coordinator. In 2017, Tom was appointed Business Development Manager where he is responsible for the development, drive, and leadership of the company’s worldwide sales and functions. Tom has impeccable knowledge about product development processes and its associated regulatory framework and is closely involved in contract negotiations in addition to the development of customer connections and relationships. Tom holds a degree in Analytical Science from the University of Coventry and started his career in the life science sector, working as a Microbiology Analyst.
