Rich is the Sustainability and Commercial Lead at Pd-m, driving sustainable innovation while ensuring commercial viability. He contributes to the DHSC Design for Life product design working group, sharing insights on product carbon footprint studies and implementing circular design strategies. Recently, Rich’s collaboration with NIHR HRC Leeds, has involved supporting early-stage companies in embedding sustainability into their innovations and strategies. With expertise in design and project management, Rich applies process-driven methodologies to create long-term, responsible solutions helping clients tackle environmental challenges while delivering market-ready solutions.
